If you’re training with a friend or partner who shares similar goals, small group PT sessions are also available — combining the benefits of personal training with the motivation of a shared experience.

Group Fitness Classes

For those who thrive in a team atmosphere, The PT Lab offers small group Circuit Classes designed to challenge, motivate, and build fitness in a supportive environment.

Each 45-minute class combines strength, conditioning, and endurance training, using free weights, functional equipment, and bodyweight exercises. Sessions are constantly varied to keep things fresh and fun — helping you burn calories, build muscle tone, and improve fitness levels.

With a maximum of 12 participants per class, you’ll still get personal attention and coaching while enjoying the energy of group training.

Classes can be booked easily via the link below. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
